About

Escape to a unique coastal setting & enjoy the comfort of Harbour Cottage, Ballintoy

With this self-catering beach-side cottage you won’t just get a glimpse of the sea, you’ll get the whole Atlantic Ocean within metres from your lounge window

The cottage is right on the seafront, within touching distance (a minute’s walk) from the beach at Ballintoy Harbour.  Situated on the Antrim Coast within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, an 8-mile drive will take you to the world-famous Giants Causeway – Northern Ireland’s only UNESCO World Heritage Site.  Harbour Cottage is set in the most stunning surroundings, two hundred yards from the idyllic harbour itself, and ‘O’Rourke’s Kitchen’ (café). It’s adjacent to the sandy Ballintoy beach and the starting point to a beautiful scenic walk from Ballintoy Harbour to White Park Bay (a stunning, sweeping mostly deserted two-mile stretch of golden sandy beach) en route to the Giant’s Causeway.

The cottage is perfect for a family holiday or a romantic getaway! Fishing, photography, walking and relaxing – whatever the reason for needing a break, you will find Harbour Cottage the perfect retreat!
