About

The space:

Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), hand sanitiser has been provided for your convenience.

Each of our apartments offers a luxury, contemporary and minimalistic experience and is finished to a supremely high standard and there is simply no other apartments like it in the Ballycastle area.

Apartment layout overview:
Each of the properties sleep four and offer a stylish, elegant and relaxing experience.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room that extends to the balcony and a kitchen area.

The kitchen area is compact and functional and comes equipped with a range of mod cons. The bathroom and toilet areas are sleek and stylish, whilst the bedrooms are spacious and airy.

The apartment has tiled flooring throughout styled in a brushed white and grey finish.

Bedrooms:
There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom is spacious and has two single beds and a large wardrobe with full size mirror. This space is also equipped with floating bedside tables, lamps and USB charge points.
The second bedroom has a double bed and a chest of drawers and connecting wardrobe. This room also has USB charge points.  

Living room:
The spacious living room area has a table and four chairs to accommodate breakfast/lunch/dinner. There is also a three person sofa and a stylish and comfortable velvet chair and foot stool. The living room area leads onto a south facing balcony. The living room blinds are remote controlled and there is a wide screen TV with a range of terrestrial channels available.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is a fridge/freezer/hob cooker and oven, washing machine/dryer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a Nespresso machine.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a state of the art Quartz Blue walk in Smart Shower with high pressure water supply. There is also a wash hand basin and vanity unit. On the wall there is a bathroom heated towel rack.

WC:
There is a separate toilet and hand wash basin.

Balcony:
The south facing balcony gives you the opportunity to soak in and enjoy the afternoon and evening sunlight.

WiFi:
There is excellent wifi facilities in the apartments with download speeds of approximately 49 Mbps with upload speed of up to 50 Mbps.

Bed linen and towels:
We provide bedlinen, towels, clothes rack and a hairdryer in order to make your stay with us seamless and stress free.

For the kids:
We also supply a travel cot and high chair. Please specify if these are needed.

Household guide provided:
For each apartment there is a household guide provided to help assist with any of the appliances, as well as a comprehensive list detailing a range of local eats and local attractions.

Other things to note:

Private car parking - There is one free car parking space available whilst staying at the apartment, this is in a private gated community with access granted through a code given on arrival.

Location in the building:
The apartment is situated on the second floor which is accessed by steps.

The Giants Causeway (the unofficial 8th wonder of the world) is a mere 18 miles away as well as the famous Royal Portrush Golf Club, which was home to the 2019 Open Championship and is set to make a triumphant return in 2025.
