About

Beautifully finished and expertly renovated period town house spread out over three floor. It has been set up as two apartments, a two-bedroom ground floor and a four-bedroom duplex on the top two floors, the house can be taken in its entirety or as separate units.

The ground floor apartment has a double which can be converted to a twin and a King, both share a full family bathroom. The kitchen, dining and living area can cater for up to four people.

Upstairs to the spacious duplex apartment there is a second sitting and dining area with separate kitchen, plus an additional four bedrooms and three bathrooms - a double and a King which can be converted into twins and a further double and King Master with adjoining En Suite. There is a second full family bathroom on the third floor and an additional separate shower room with WC on the first floor

All bedrooms are comfortably furnished to a very high standard using cotton bed linens, down duvets and towels plus full-length mirrors and hair dryers for your convenience. Both full bathrooms have separate dual headed rain showers and hand-held shower heads and a full sized double ended baths.

Both fully fitted kitchens are equipped with integrated washer/dryers, dishwasher, Nespresso machine with pods, microwave, kettle and toaster, plus an excellent selection of quality dishes, glasses and cookware. The duplex kitchen also has an American style fridge freezer with a filtered water and ice dispenser. There is high speed WiFi throughout plus double dual USB points in all bedrooms and living areas and spare leads are available. All TVs throughout the house are SMART and WiFi enabled.

For families with young infants, we can provide a travel cot with bedding, high chair and kids dinnerware.

An assorted library, beach towels, wind breaks etc is available for guest use throughout their stay.

There is storage space available for sports equipment, prams etc as well as free on street parking behind the property.
