Guests love the uniqueness of our upside house with a first floor open plan living space enabling stunning views of the ocean and magnificent Fair head.You can relax on the cosy upstairs balcony and enjoy your morning coffee while the sun rises or linger there in the evening sipping something cold while the sun sets and watch the lights from the Marina.( Extra rugs provided for the cooler evenings)

Furnished tastefully throughout with art prints from Rothko and  soft furnishings from Irish designers like Orla Kiely and Avoca its designed  to be your ' Home away from Home' so you will find all the amenities you would expect and more. Cosy sofas and comfy beds. Hairdryers and hot water bottles. Books and Board games. Bath Oils and beach towels.

Theres a newly updated kitchen with Microwave, Dishwasher, eye level oven and gas hob plus Full size fridge Freezer, Washer/Dryer,Espresso maker, Blender and Mini Bar.

The main lounge has a 50inch Plasma TV and the second bedroom has a 60inch plasma tv both complete with Firesticks for a variety of viewing.

There are 3 bedrooms. The master has a double bed and en suite.The second has a King size bed and the third has brand new triple bunks with a full size double below and full size single above. We can also provide travel cot and high chair on request.

The location is unbeatable as you are only a 5 minute walk from the seafront,  and glorious sandy beaches plus Golf,Tennis,Bowling green and Marina. Easy walking distance on flat surfaces to the Rathlin Ferry terminal and the Caseway Coast rambler bus. Ballycastle is the gateway to the stunning nine glens of Antrim now made more famous as The Game of Thrones Landscape and our Visitors welcome pack provides a detailed list of suggestions for places to visit, experiences to enjoy and dining reccomendations all endorsed by ourselves or previous guests. We are happy to share all of this in advance of your trip to make your experience as perfect as possible.
