About

Tornaroan Cottage is a delightful traditional Irish cottage surprisingly secluded in beautiful countryside, far from the noise but close to the sites and easy to get to. It is the perfect hideaway for a romantic break, family holiday, sightseeing or activity holiday and offers plenty of room for 4 people (and 1 infant up to 2 yrs old) in super comfortable rooms. The large lounge has a feature fireplace and a wood burning stove, there is a TV, DVD player, Netflix, Britbox and other Apps and free high-speed internet.

A spacious well equipped kitchen with table, chairs, dishwasher, washing machine, a Stanley range and a separate electric cooker. Down the corridor a separate sitting / dining area has patio doors that open directly into the garden with stunning towards Fairhead and over the sea to Rathlin Island.

There are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom can be arranged as a single or twin all made up with luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets, duvets or woollen blankets and soft, fluffy towels. Travel cot, baby bath and high chair provided free on request. The cottage has 2 full bathrooms both with showers (one being a wet room making it accessible for those with restricted mobility).

A large, safely enclosed garden has plenty of seating and two picnic tables from where you can appreciate the views and tranquillity. Parking for 2 cars inside the main gate in front of the cottage and separate dedicated parking area for 1 car behind the cottage. Strictly no smoking and no pets.

SO MUCH IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Locally handmade gift soaps. Generous welcome pack with breakfast items and a special treat. Kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, oil, kitchen roll, cling film and tin foil, dishwasher tablets, bin bags). Bathroom toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, soap). Plenty of quality towels. Beach towels and tea towels, toilet paper, basket of logs, box of peat, kindling, firelighters, matches. Cot, Highchair, etc.
