The Fairy Thorn Festival returns to Kilrea from Friday 14th - Sunday 16th Augist with a packed programme of music, family entertainment, sport and community.
The festival officially gets underway on Friday 14th with an opening ceremony, family games, a treasure hunt and an evening comedy show featuring comics such as Mickey Bartlett and Lianne McCooey.
Saturday brings a full day of entertainment including a Family Fun Day, Women's Institute Flower Show, creative cupcake competition and baking demonstration, Vintage Rally, Beat the Bell races, live music across the town and The Bjorn Identity ABBA tribute show.
On Sunday, enjoy a funfair, Open Mic Sessions, the colourful Back to the 1970's Fancy Dress Parade, the closing ceremony and live music at the Portna Summer Sessions.
With something for all ages to enjoy, the Fairy Thorn Festival is a highlight of Kilrea's summer Calendar.
