The Elephant Rock Hotel hosts its first ever wellness event this Autumn! 

The Great Rock Reset is designed to allow guests time to connect with nature and reap the incredible benefits of movement and cold water swimming. Relax, recharge and revive on the Causeway Coast this October.

Elephant Rock have partnered with local adventure company Revive North Coast to put together a great itinerary. Rooms start from £380

Schedule:

- Light lunch on arrival
- Guided hike of Binevenagh to the Devil's Thumb. Binevenagh is an Area of Natural Beauty where you can enjoy panoramic views over Lough Foyle, the Roe Valley, Inishowen and to the West Coast of Scotland.
- 2 course evening meal
- Cold water swimming session - guided by an expert team, you'll learn best practice and safety when going cold water swimming, be introduced to some breathing techniques and discover the many mental and physical benefits that cold water swimming can offer.
