About

What did the Great Famine look like on our own doorstep? Just days after the National Famine Commemoration, we invite you to look closer to home.

History comes alive as Mary Delargy delves into the archives to tell the stories of the North West during Ireland's darkest years. From the workhouses to the ports, discover the local accounts of a period that changed the North West forever. This is an evening for anyone interested in the hidden history of the region and the ancestors who lived through it.

Join in at 7pm on the 20th May at Limavady Workhouse for an insightful evening of discussion.
