When a tornado tears her away from her home in Kansas, Dorothy finds herself in the magical Land of Oz. She journeys to the Emerald City to meet The Wizard of Oz to try to find a way back home. Along the way she meets new friends; a Scarecrow, a Tin Man and a Cowardly Lion who all seek help from the Wizard. Before he will grant their wishes, The Wizard of Oz asks that they bring him the broom of the Wicked Witch of the West.

Together can they defeat the Wicked Witch of the West and get her broom for the Wizard? Will Dorothy's new friends find what they seek and will Dorothy ever find her way back home to her beloved Aunt Em and Uncle Henry?
