An acre of mature garden to rear of property that is shared with the patrons of the main house. There are many private areas relax and dine. The expansive garden catches sun throughout the day with many mature trees to shade under. Tyre swing and large lawn area.
Along with a gas barbecue and outdoor furniture for your use.

Parking – Parking is immediately in front of the property on a large gravelled drive and is shared with the main house patrons.

Electricity and oil are included within reasonable use, overuse of either will incur charges.
We will offer a 25% reduction for stays of a month.

£100 refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking payable a week before guests are due to arrive.
