About

Hazelwood is a luxury self‑catering bungalow set in a superb location with magnificent views overlooking Glenariff Glen.

The property provides spacious accommodation to a high standard, making it  ideal for couples, families, and walkers looking to explore the Glens of Antrim and the Causeway Coastal Route.

Accommodation

All of the accommodation is based on the ground floor.

The bungalow features a comfortable lounge with an open fire and satellite widescreen television. There are three bedrooms, including a double bedroom with flat‑screen TV, iPad/iPod clock radio, and a private en‑suite bathroom. There is also a twin and single bedroom A large family bathroom includes both a bath and separate shower.

Linen, towels, and a welcome pack are provided, and free Wi‑Fi is available throughout.

The spacious kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob and oven, microwave, coffee maker, and food processor, making it ideal for longer stays and relaxed dining.

Outdoor Space - Guests can enjoy a private patio area with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining while taking in the surrounding scenery. A secure, lockable bike shed is available,

Location & Attractions - Hazelwood is located one minutes walk to Glenariff Forest Park which is a designated National Nature Reserve which contains impressive waterfalls. Red squirrels can be see in the forest park. The diversity of topography, woodland and wildlife habitats formed here provide visitors with superb natural beauty, tranquility and panoramic views of the Irish Sea and Scottish Coasts. These can be experienced by walking one of the many waymarked trails in the forest.

At the bottom of Glenariffe lies the golden one mile curve of Waterfoot Beach (3 miles), one of the best sandy beaches in the Glens. The beach offers car parking, picnic area and a children's play park. Laragh Lodge licensed restaurant is only a one minute walk away. Hazelwood is the ideal location for hill walking and for touring the Glens of Antrim and Giant's Causeway and situated on the Causeway Coastal Route.
