This spacious apartment has a kitchen/dining room, three bedrooms, bathroom and hall. Central heated, this apartment has one open working fire place. A cot is available at £10 per week. There is also Sky TV, broadband, and DVD player.

There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer in the basement. The house is surrounded by a large garden with ample parking space. Portnagolan is about ten minutes from Cushendall village, a small farming village with about 1,400 inhabitants.

There is a forest park at Parkmore with walks in the mountains alongside numerous waterfalls. Great possibilities for bird watching, also sea and river fishing, there is also a nine hole golf course. Cushendall has a sailing club and Ardclinis Activity Centre can arrange rock climbing, wind surfing and mountain bike trips.

The beach in Cushendall is somewhat stoney but there are sandy beaches at Waterfoot, three miles drive south and Cushendun, five miles north. The nearest town is Ballymena, 18 miles away, Belfast is 50 miles south of Cushendall and Belfast International Airport is approximately 40 miles away. Larne Ferry Harbour is approximately 35 miles south of Cushendall, from where the Nine Glens are very easily accessible.

Ballycastle is only 15 miles away where there are good grass and hardcore tennis courts as well as a bowling green.

The apartment is open all year round and there is a trampoline for children and table tennis available.
