What is a SpringO?
SpringO's are informal, fun, orienteering activities suitable for all levels of navigational experience. You can choose to have an individual run or as a pair/group. Maps and instruction will be available to set you on your way.

There will be two linear courses, Orange and Green, which you follow in a particular order. The alternative is a Score Course, where you visit any controls you wish, within a set time - usually 30-45 minutes.
The Orange Course is good for newcomers and families to have a go at. Some experience of reading maps and using a compass is expected.
The Green Course is aimed at competent navigators to support club members with training.

Children welcome but U18s should be accompanied by an adult.
