Overwhelmed by ill heath, award-winning journalist Shannon Harvey conducted a groundbreaking experiment putting mindful meditation to the test. Documenting her investigative well-being journey across the world, My Year of Living Mindfully reveals transformative insights about humanity in the twenty-first century. Harvey's exploration goes beyond conventional health advice, offering a profound perspective on holistic wellbeing. Before the film, there will be a guest talk by Michelle Major who will share some mindfulness techniques. Michelle Major is a popular inspirational and motivational keynote speaker in the field of wellbeing, stress and trauma at various conferences and events. Additionally, she is a Certified Somatic Experiencing Trauma Practitioner, Bodyworker, Senior Accredited Resilience Coach, and International Accredited Trainer.
