Set on an acre of private grounds Garden Cottage is the perfect base to explore the many attractions of the Causeway Coast and Glens.

The ground floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen and dining space with separate utility room.
Spacious living room with log burning stove.

Living Area - With a cosy log burning stove (a supply of logs will be provided) comfortable seating area, desk work station, TV, DVD and Wii console. Also WiFi throughout the home.

Kitchen/Dining Area - Country kitchen with large 6 seater dining table and chairs, boasting a separate seating area with a comfortable suite. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, induction hob, extracted fan, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, tv, child high chair and also fully stocked with cooking essentials pots, pans, cutlery, crockery etc.
Essentials condiments, bread and milk will be provided.

Ground floor Utility Room & Bathroom - Includes a washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron provided. There is a separate bathroom with W.C and hand basin.

Master Bedroom - Situated on the 1st floor, the master bedroom boasts stunning views overlooking the rolling countryside. With a deluxe antique kingsize sleigh bed, bedside tables, a vintage dressing table, hanging and storage space provided and a blackout blind.

Bedroom 2 - A large window overlooking Lough Foyle with a very comfortable double sleigh bed, bedsides tables, vintage dresser, full lenght mirror, hanging space and a black out blind.

Bedroom 3 - Beautiful view of the surrounding country with sprung antique twin single beds, dresser with mirror, hanging space and a blackout blind.

Main bathroom - Modern contemporary bathroom suite comprising of bath, separate shower unit , hand basin and W.C. Towels and Toiletries provided.

Super family friendly property with kids high chair, 2 x bed safety rails, fireguard, stair gate x 2 and travel cot included for your use

Amazing 1 acre mature garden to rear of property.
