Carrowbruagh is a recently upgraded house in a quiet rural setting 5 miles from Limavady.

Situated on the banks of Lough Foyle and in one of Northern Ireland's designated Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty with views of Donegal and Binevenagh, we offer an ideal base for family groups and golfers, being in short driving distance from the historic city of Derry/Londonderry, the stunning North Antrim Coast and several award-winning golf courses including the host of The Open, Royal Portrush.

A 4 bedroom house with 4 double/twin rooms over 2 floors. One double room with en-suite bathroom facilities on the ground floor and two en-suite doubles and one twin room with separate shower and toilet facilities on the second floor.

A large kitchen diner with adjoining dining room which seats 8. Oil-fired range cooker with additional electric oven. 2 reception rooms, smaller reception room with attached conservatory useful for wet weather gear/golf trolley storage, utility room and downstairs toilet.
