About

A modern bright and airy fully equipped kitchen with comfortable combined living and dining area. A beautiful separate double en-suite bedroom.

Open plan Kitchen/ living room - Modern kitchen very well equipped with cooker, induction hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, washing machine, tv, ironing board, iron and full cooking equipment pots, pans, cutlery, crockery etc provided. A stylish breakfast bar area to enjoy your meals or use as a desk. Comfortable 3 seater sofa and coffee table.

Bedroom - A cosy super comfortable double bed with bedside cabinets, a vintage wardrobe, full length mirror and hairdryer.

En-suite - Double width shower, large handbasin and W.C. toiletries and towels are provided.

Outdoor Shared space - The annex is attached to the rear of the main house which is also available to rent (garden cottage). Parking and use of the garden is shared with the main house.
An acre of mature garden to rear of property that is shared with the patrons of the main house. There are many private areas relax and dine. The expansive garden catches sun throughout the day with many mature trees to shade under. Tyre swing and large lawn area.
Along with a gas barbecue and outdoor furniture for your use.

Parking - Parking is immediately in front of the property on a large gravelled drive and is shared with the main house patrons.

*Bed linen towels and Toiletries are provided
*Free WiFi throughout the building
*A welcome pack including grocery/ laundry essentials

Electricity and oil are included within reasonable use, overuse of either will incur charges.


£100 refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking payable a week before guests are due to arrive.
