Northern Ireland Tourist Board Approved Spacious and Cosy family home located in a quiet rural location, perfect for relaxing after a hard day's sightseeing.  

Property has four large bedrooms with a Double bed in three and a Dressing Table/Workstation in two rooms.  Bedroom Three has an Ensuite with Shower, Toilet and Wash Hand Basin and the downstairs Bedroom Four has a Super King Bed and its own walk in wardrobe with adjoining Ensuite, which could be ideal for guests with  Limited Mobility. 

Upstairs there is a Bathroom with a Double Basin Vanity Unit and a Steam/Shower Cabinet. 

In the spare room upstairs there is also a full size Pool/Air Hockey Table, Yamaha Keyboard for the musicians in the family and a selection of Board Games to keep the children and even the adults occupied. 

The property also has two comfortable sitting rooms with Smart TV's and a large Sunroom with lovely views of the countryside which is accessed by a Spiral Staircase. 

To the rear of the property there is a ramp up to the the rear door which is suitable for a Wheelchair. The Patio area has a table and six chairs and also a BBQ with a bag of charcoal supplied.

The property is located 25 minutes from Londonderry/Derry by car, 
25 Minutes from Portrush, Portstewart and the Causeway Coast and 45 Minutes from Belfast. 

There is also a regular 212 Bus service to Belfast every 30 Minutes leaving from the Bus Stop at Dungiven Castle.
