About

Mill Quarter Lodge is nestled on a hill farm in the North East Sperrins; it sits at 600 feet above sea level and boasts spectacular country views.  It is a very quiet location which is ideal for getaways with family and friends or to enjoy a romantic break. 

There are 4 beds - 1 king, 2 doubles and 1 single, sleeping 7. All bedding is provided with towels and a dressing robe for each guest. A cot / high chair is available on request.

The bathroom has a corner bath and a separate shower. It also also has a beautiful Roco sink and vanity unit which affords guests the opportunity to store their personal products tidily and discretely.

Mill quarter lodge has a large, open plan kitchen dining area with an adjustable sized dining table and an island for casual dining. Double doors lead off this room onto a black composite decking area which accommodates a Canadian Spa hot tub. 
There is also an outdoor table and chairs to promote al fresco dining.

The property is detached with its own fully fenced garden which guests have full access to.

Close by are country walks, the Ulster Way; Garvagh forest bike trails, Portrush, Portstewart and many other famous local landmarks.

11 miles to Coleraine 18 miles to Portrush 16 miles to Portstewart 8 miles to Roe Park Resort/ Drenagh Estate  3 miles to Ballyness Resort near Dungiven.

We are happy to accommodate anything from one night stays to 1 month stays. We will do everything we can to make our guests welcome and happy throughout their time with us.

Coolnasillagh Road, Garvagh, is a narrow country road which changes in altitude up the mountain to a location which boasts beautiful countryside views and enjoys a real sense of tranquility. 

Public Transport Directions

Whilst there is no public transport links in this part of the countryside, a car would be advisable. However as this is a family run business, hosts will do their best to provide lifts/ pick ups at an extra cost if this is something the guests would like to explore.
