About

A warm welcome awaits you at the beautifully restored Pellipar Gatelodge. The self catering Gatelodge is situated on the edge of Pellipar Estate on the outskirts of Dungiven, County Derry / Londonderry. Enjoy walking and cycling along the avenues of the woodland estate and fishing along the banks of the Riever Roe. It is ideally situated to take in the attractions of the Causeway Coast, Derry City, Donegal and the Sperrins.

This 18th Century ashlar sandstone Gatelodge has been sympathetically restored and renovated using natural stone and wood products. This helps to promote the feeling of the character and charm of a bygone age whilst still accommodating modern day requirements. Relax in the living room area with its vaulted oak beams and spalted beech ceiling boards above.

Stunning views are to be enjoyed of the River Roe and surrounding countryside from the elevated living and sun rooms. There is a wood burning stove with logs available in the woodshed nearby. The kitchen area is bright and spacious with an aga cooker and all appliances. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink area. There are three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite. Beautiful views are to be enjoyed from them all. Guests have access to the surrounding garden and the grounds of the private estate.
