The Mullan’s Corner apartment has one double en-suite bedroom, one twin bedroom and with the couch bed in the living area, it can sleep up to five people comfortably. Standard features include, oil-fired central heating, double glazing, wooden and tiled floors, as well as shower and separate bath facilities. The living area has a 40” multi channel digital TV, whilst high-speed BT fibre broadband is freely available throughout the complex. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooker and microwave ovens, while the purpose built laundry/utility room services the complex with washing machine, tumble-dryer and ironing facilities.

Inside, there is ample room for holiday gear such as golf clubs and fishing rods, whilst bicycles and other larger items can be stored in secure garages if required.
Mullan’s Corner has also been specially designed to facilitate wheel chair users or guests with mobility restrictions; with ramped access, wider corridors and a fully equipped “roll-in” wet room with level access shower area.
Outside our recently constructed and fully covered Gazebo can be used in all weather conditions, looks out on the BBQ eating and viewing area, whilst our Children’s play ground caters for our more active guests!
There is more than adequate private parking facilities on site, convenient to the entrance door. All our facilities are within a secure and “gated” child safe area.

As both apartments are attached and interconnected via an internal common corridor, they can be used as one larger facility, catering for groups of up to ten guests comfortably.
