Get back to nature with a Glens of Antrim Yoga Tour!

Facilitated by experienced yoga teacher and level three tour guide and a Glens Red Squirrel Ranger with an inside knowledge of the forest.

This Mindful Morning starts with a gentle Hatha Yoga class at the Laragh Lodge Restaurant which is situated at the base of the Falls and overlooking the lush trees and flowing Inver River. Yoga is mood boosting and relaxing and sets the scene for the Forest experience. The class is followed by refreshments ( Teas / Coffee and delicious homemade Shortbread Cookies) and a quick change into suitable clothing and for the walk. 

Visitors are given an historical and cultural backdrop to the Forest Park however the emphasis is on Mother Nature. You will take in the flora, fauna and keep an eye out for the native Red Squirrels. Somewhere along the way you will stop for a MindfulMeditation and an aptly named ‘Tree Pose’ to ground and centre yourself.

Mindful Yoga mornings run on the last saturday of the month.
