Willow Studios offer four beautifully appointed, ground-floor self-catering studios in the grounds of a stunning 5-star Edwardian country house in Limavady, Northern Ireland. Named Apple, Cherry, Pear and Plum after the fruit trees of the estate, each studio provides genuine luxury, complete independence, and a direct connection to the extraordinary landscape outside your door.
Each studio sleeps up to four guests in a Deluxe Double configuration with a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle), Smart TV with virtual fireplace, en-suite bathroom, and a private patio that opens directly onto the gardens of the estate. Every studio is ground-floor, fully accessible, and self-contained — arrive and leave entirely on your own terms.
One well-behaved dog is warmly welcome in each studio. The private patios open onto the grounds, Binevenagh Mountain is on the doorstep for morning walks, and Benone Strand — one of Ireland's finest dog-friendly beaches — is 10 minutes away. Mabel, our resident Yorkshire Terrier, will likely introduce herself on arrival.

Willow Studios are ideal for families with children of all ages. The self-contained layout, private outdoor space, and flexible kitchenette make independent family stays easy and relaxed.
Studio guests have full access to all shared amenities: the large outdoor hot tub with mountain views, covered BBQ terrace with fairy lights and pizza oven, open-air kitchen, chiminea, gas BBQ, and lawn games across three acres of private gardens. A guest refreshment station provides complimentary teas and coffees. Secure storage is available for surfboards, paddleboard and golf clubs.
A homemade continental breakfast can be added to your stay for £10 per person per night — prepared with locally-sourced produce and served each morning.
All four studios can be booked together for family gatherings, group celebrations, or multi-generational escapes — special group rates are available on request.
