Our four luxury, pet-friendly, self-catering studios are made for families and guests who want room to breathe; combining your own private patio, kitchenette, and smart TV with access to our unique covered Garden Cookhouse (featuring a Plancha grill, BBQ, and Ooni pizza oven) and a mountain-view hot tub set on three acres of private countryside.
We offer a genuinely warm welcome for well-behaved dogs (with a £10/night fee, capped at £30), donated directly to Causeway Coast Dog Rescue—where our own dog Mabel came from. Please message us prior to booking to confirm breed approval. Families of all ages are welcome, and we are happy to prepare baby or toddler amenities in advance. Whether you're cooking outdoors, unwinding in the hot tub, or letting the dog explore the gardens, it’s a retreat that you may never want to leave.
The Garden Cookhouse - Unique in the area
A covered outdoor cookhouse with a Plancha grill, BBQ and Ooni pizza oven shared between all four studio. There is nothing else like this in the Limavady self-catering market. Cook together, eat outside, stay longer.
The Hot Tub
Privately bookable for 45 minute sessions on a sheltered deck with open Binevenagh Mountain views. Your booking, your time. (Available Easter through Halloween).
