About

A Day at the Stables at Crindle Stables offers children aged six and over the chance to spend a fun-filled morning with ponies and horses. The two-hour experience is suitable for all abilities, from complete beginners to confident riders, with activities tailored to help each child learn new skills, build confidence, and enjoy time at the stables.

The session includes:

Horse Riding Lesson – Beginners are introduced to the basics of stopping, steering, and trotting, while more experienced riders may progress to cantering and even jumping.

Pony Games or Trek – Depending on the season and weather, children can enjoy a relaxed pony trek or exciting horseback games in the arena.

Pony Care & Stable Management – Participants get hands-on with grooming, leading, and feeding ponies, while also experiencing the teamwork involved in stable care such as mucking out.

Each session is unique, ensuring new experiences and plenty of enjoyment with every visit.
